Shadow Coaching - Awareness, Fine-tuning & performance
Shadow coaching is a dynamic and highly effective method used with leaders, executives, senior managers and business owners who are looking to perform at their peak.
It is real-time, real-world coaching - observing work methods, communication and leadership styles whilst active in the workplace. It requires me (the coach) to physically shadow you in your place of work; whether it being in a board or team environment or attending a presentation in actual time. We can also shadow you in external client-facing meetings if required.
Shadow Coaching is highly practical and is set in real-time. It results in vastly increased awareness and helps you adjust and fine-tune your behaviours - allowing your desired outcomes to be achieved.
This can also be combined with a verbal 360 assessment and ongoing executive coaching to further build upon what has been achieved.
